The interview process has three stages:

  1. HR interview (communication, cultural fit, motivation)
  2. Technical interview (deep dive into skills you highlighted in your CV and how you’ve gone above and beyond)
  3. Final interview with the CEO (how your strengths connect to long-term company goals)

Selection is mainly based on interview performance. We review your CV and ask questions from what you’ve shared to evaluate depth. We don’t look for “a little bit of everything” — we look for one or two areas where you truly stand out.
